Welcome to Culinary Espresso, a specialty coffee roasting and food consulting company based on the north side of Sydney.

With a love of coffee and food, we developed a range of unique coffee blends that are roasted on a 120kg Probat coffee roaster with pinpoint accuracy. Currently, we have 3 unique blends to accommodate the Australian market, including a certified organic blend. All bags are nitrogen flushed, cellared and supported by 12 month supply agreements to achieve year on year consistency. We also offer extensive and varied single origins and can ensure consistency of flavour and quality with pinpoint accuracy through state of the art roasting technology, and methods that have been developed and refined over many years.

Full barista training will also be provided for your staff. We assure you that we will be passionately focused on improving your business. There is no lock-in contract, as we rely on our ability to keep your customers happy.

After 35 years in the corporate world, I decided to pursue one of my long-term passions, great coffee.

I have since teamed up with a specialty coffee roasting company, the experts from which have helped me develop a number of single-origin estate blends which are served in more than 25 cafes throughout New South Wales

After 16 years experience as a chef, including hatted restaurants, I moved to contract work in various establishments including cafes, pubs, and hotels and witnessed so many that were suffering due to the poor coffee and food they were offering.

After working in the industry for so long I wanted to combine the two things I love most… Coffee & Food!

When not working you’ll find me soaking up the salt water surfing or with a golf club in hand trying out new courses.
